gochujang stir fry

ingredients:
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 thumb of ginger, peeled and minced
5 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
6 green onions, minced
.5 c. bell pepper or zucchini
1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, pork)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ginger powder
.5 tsp chinese five spice
.25 tsp red pepper flakes or gochugaru
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil and sesame oil for cooking
method:
start ginger, garlic, and onions in a hot, wide pan with vegetable oil and sesame oil.
cook until translucent.
add in ground meat and brown.
add in bell pepper or zucchini and let cook for a minute.
sprinkle over all seasoning powders and stir. let cook for a minute.
pour over all pastes and stir. let simmer for a few minutes.
serve over rice or ramen noodles or egg noodles with sliced carrots and cucumber.
