the best banana bread

ingredients:
1.75 c. flour
.75 c. all-purpose flour, this is the minimum ap flour i use when experimenting
.5 c. rolled oats
.5 c. buckwheat flour (or whole wheat flour or another .5 c of rolled oats)
1 tsp. baking soda
.5 tsp. salt
6 bananas, peeled, microwaved, and mashed
2 eggs
.75 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame seeds (other nuts or seeds are also good)
method:
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
microwave and mashed the bananas. let cool.
mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
add the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the cooled bananas.
mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just mixed through. be sure to not overmix.
add the batter to a greased and parchment paper lined loaf tin.
sprinkle 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. sesame seeds over top.
bake for 55 - 75 minutes.
